TCM retreat

heylos. :))

okays, i've jus gonna do a fast one. cudnt blog yesterday coz i had gastric. and yes, thus, i dint stay overnite at the chalet. even tho i really wanted to. but i was in pain. so decided home wud be the best place to be. and i came home.

thank GOD for nelson! he and sis drove me home with BENA's car. yeahh.

i managed to rest. and i thank GOD tt i felt so much better this morning and amazingly woke up quite early. i tink GOD wanted me to go. so i called up mum and arranged to mit bena to go down tog.

the miting was good. i mean, we said alot of things, which made me realised alot of things. more bonding, gelling. prayed for one another. played capstan's ball with a big fat volley ball that SUS bought. LOL. threw frm one storey down and up. LOL.

it was really funn! ended with a BBQ. and celebrated the OCTOBER babies' bday!! :DD oh yes, HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDREW!! :DD

i'm super tired.. walked alot. played real hard. my arms and legs all aching, i'm gonna put up some real nice pics and then off to slp okays?
